Delete account and data

You can permanently delete your XingYue VPN account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion if you cannot sign in

Email sky@xingyuevpn.com from the address registered to the account. Use the subject “Delete my XingYue VPN account” and include the registered email address or the user ID shown in the app. We may ask you to complete a necessary identity check before processing the request.

Data deleted or anonymised

• Your registered email address, password credentials, and login sessions;
• account-level installation identifiers, subscription access tokens, and the last-login IP address;
• VPN access credentials; every signed-in device is forcibly signed out.

Self-service deletion immediately disables the account, signs out every device, and starts deletion or anonymisation of associated data. Email requests are processed after identity verification.

Data retained where required

Order, payment, refund, and de-identified technical event records required for tax, accounting, chargeback, security, and fraud-prevention purposes are separated from the deleted account profile and retained for up to 7 years from the end of the relevant tax year, unless a longer period is legally required or a dispute remains open. Retained records are used only for those purposes and are deleted or anonymised when the retention period ends.

App store subscriptions

Deleting your XingYue VPN account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel renewal in the relevant store's subscription settings first to prevent future charges.
