Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information XingYue VPN ("we") collects, why, and the choices you have. XingYue VPN is operated by PAYLANCE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601021832 (1683929-X)).

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address if you register, or a randomly generated ID for guest accounts.
• Device information — device model, operating system and app version, used to manage your device limit.
• Service information — connection times, the server you selected and the amount of data used, to operate the service, apply plan limits and fix problems.
• Payment information — handled by our payment providers (Apple, Google or our web payment provider). We receive the order result, never your full card number.

Information we don't collect

We don't record the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process purchases, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Account information is kept while your account exists. Connection and usage statistics are kept only as long as needed to run the service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information. Transaction and de-identified technical event records needed for tax, accounting, refunds, security, and fraud prevention are separated from the account profile and kept for up to 7 years from the end of the relevant tax year, unless a longer period is legally required or a dispute remains open.

Your choices

You can remove devices or delete your account at any time from My account, or email sky@xingyuevpn.com to request a copy or deletion of your data. See Delete account and data for the steps and scope.
